Beauty Product Safety

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used lip products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Photos of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
